Yes you can land both in the same day but if you are in carolina make sure you have tags in your fish before you unload or when you get to the dock.

Another question or additional info. Please explain tags, what tags and where to get them?

They will be gone before I get my aggravated 2 herniated disc lower back back on the water but info would be good to know. Thanks

If your fishing OI Broad Creek has them . Pull up to the marina gas dock and go up to the tackle shop They have tags and the card to fill out. Don't remove the fish from the boat till you have a tag on the fish....Mark

Depends what permit your holding. Assuming your boat has a rec permit, you can keep both. But, why would you? A 73"+ fish will feed your entire neighborhood!

Not to mention where are you gonna keep both? Most sunny fishable days lately have been 80 plus degrees and unless you have the entire back of the boat full of ice by the time you get back to the dock they arent gonna be worth their weight in cat food.
