I will make a post, so you can see my contact info. Pitchbait also belongs to the same organization I do (Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors), and he has a good reputation.
No matter who you get, make sure they are a member of SAMS, or NAMS. Anyone can hang a sign that says they are a Marine Surveyor, but earning membership in one of these organizations means that they are doing the job correctly.
