Thank you to all for the great input. Looks like my groups will be able to fish with Capt Fin on Qualifier for a couple days and Capt Dennis on A Salt Weapon for a couple. I will report back once all is confirmed.

Also working on some lodging with the help of your suggestions. Looks like north end for sure. Stay tuned......

Yes Shane - one of these days is for Billy's crew. I have them booked with Fin for Saturday the 26th. They are good to go.

Anthony Mendillo is a great choice. Local knowledge and a hell of a good fisherman. He fishes on the Cookie Too for giants all summer and is probably still stateside but you can reach him through the web. His boats are the Keen M and Lilly M in Isla and his wifes family own a hotel/marina right there as well.

We are staying at the Nautibeach Condos this year. It is on North Beach and within walking distance to the marina. They are two bedroom/ 1 bath condos. People love them. I think that it is about $190 per night.

    Whoops....forgot to mention.....

Thanks to all of you who made suggestions. Here is what we ended up with:

    Saturday & Sunday 1/26 & 27 - Qualifier with Capt Fin Gaddy
Monday 1/28 - Big Hunter with Capt Brian Peele
Tuesday 1/29 - A-Salt Weapon with Capt Dennis Endee

We will be staying at Ixchel Beach Hotel on the north end of Isla. Can't wait to get to Mexico and fish with these Carolina boys!
