    Coastal doesn't start at the colregs. It starts well inland of that. There are signs in most of your more traveled waters where the coastal/inland waters meet.

    When was the quota filled? My boat got here on 9/25/09 I got here 2/26/10 (the second time, the first was 1/2/97). I am I still ok.I can't/won't go back north. Can I stay PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

    you are correct lyndon. i got confused...something starts at the COLREGS line i can't remember what. Maybe division between ocean and inside for flounder limit purposes.

    Jamie, that's right. The colgreg's is where ocean/inshore waters and regulations meet. Here, it's pretty much only flounder regs that change, since we don't get ocean run stripers this far south. Further north in the state, stripers regs are affected as well.
