    I know somebody that would complain the number is too high...he once said that about 15mt was enough for NC and he didn't want any more than that.

    But he doesn't matter anymore and the quota looks nice. Now if the fish would just cooperate.

    CALL IT EQUAL OPPORTUNITY DISTRIBUTION.....


    AND THEN COMES THE 7TH DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS.....WHY NOT START THE PROGRAM (QUOTA) ON THAT DAY...? EVERYTHING ELSE STARTS ON THE FIRST OF THE YEAR...WHY NOT THIS?

    Several years ago I was part of 15mt day at the Atlas Tanker. Those were good times.
