On my boat left rigger produces most blues. Right flat which is always a bird with a swimming hoo produces the most whites and sails over all but when it goes dead it really goes dead and they seem to move to that side rigger.
On the contender I raised a white the one day we fished at the glory hole last year on left inside. Down here the right flat has been the billfish slot (all sails) . Riggers both sides and inside and out have been the dolphin slots.
On the Cammys dad, left flat was our hot spot this year with almost all of our bites there except a couple on right rigger.
I think each boat is different... I see you have an outboard, could it be that you're getting the bites on the center because ots farther away? 2 stroke or 4?
I still have "0" time trying to dial in this contender for bills other than sails. Any insight could save me some time in hunting that "right speed and place"...
