    Morehead City Report?

I haven't heard to much talk down there lately is there anything going on, in reference to GBT's? Is the weather keeping everyone out of the drink?

Even if they are catching I have a feeling they are going to be tight lipped this week.

From my understanding they don't ship to japan until after new years and fish sold domestically don't get nearly the amount of money so alot of guys don't fish this week.

That happened to us last year. We caught a 112"-700 pound fatty on July
3rd and because of the fourth of July that fish sold domestically for alot less than if it took a plane ride to Japan.

What a fish Tuna Meltdown. How much did it end up going for, and where did you hook that monster. Hope to see you come back to port with a slob like that this year!

I thought that a fish like that would sell for a lot more, guess you did get screwed by catching it a day late, or a day early. Did you catch that out of Marina Bay, or is this going to be the first year out of there. Don't need specifics for location, just wondering if it was in Mass.

Dont exactly understand why the 4th of July would effect a fish being sold in Japan.Last I knew the Japanese holidays were the only ones that mattered.
