where did jackie gleason stay? that's where i would go! how come i find out your going away like this? i go to the show with tournament cable usually but, chuck's slowing down. he turned 86 last week, and he doesnt talk to me anymore. what's up with that chuck? anyway, i'll see chuck in miami. let's go to the palm. i love it there. life is short......who's in?

Again...we just talked about this last night...John lived in South beach for 4 years...remember me. First off you are going with your even shorter wife so you want to stay somewhere clean and i cant send you anywhere fun with the hint of trouble. First adventure for Maggie with you so you want to stay between 5th and 14th on Ocean Drive overlooking the beach. Splurge a little you gotta a big ole 33' and are looking at 40+ CC with quads...break down. My suggestion The Pelican. Google it. Nice little place that she will like and the funny cute little bell hops will like you...if you get a manicure, pedicure and professional haircut for once. You really dont want to stay up above 17th Street in South Beach. After that it starts to go downhill at about 25th, Although the LOEWS is up that direction and is PHAT. Rent a Lambo, act like you are jacky for the week or just take the 5$ cab ride to and fro, really not a big deal. When you hit the beach with Maggie, bc she will get sick of the boats after about 2 hours and most likely sick of you even faster take her to the beach south of 3rd Street. Between 3rd Street and Nikki's Beach are whats considered the 'locals' beach. International rules applies. Although you will have to possibly fight through some metrosexual guys or fruity guys wearing their coin holders you will see some really nice EYE CANDY and FUN BAGS of hot foreign women grrrrrrr or american women walking around with their turkeys done. Hope for colder water and sunny skies. Bring sunglasses and take Maggie for a few drinks at Nikkis beach and get a teepee. Make a point to stop at TEDs on 2nd Street between Ocean and Collins. Go over to the corner of 2nd and collins at the building caddy corner from THE BIG PINK a great place for lunch. Find the name PETERSON on the doorbell of that complex. Give him a ring, an old bud of mine and drexel grad. Works from his home designing many of the bars and lounges down there that are always getting refurbed. He does what you do but for the $$$ and famous down there.
