MHC update

Just to keep everyone up to speed on what's going on in MHC, we fished today along with a handful of other boats and none of us had a bite (that I know of). The last day anyone else fished was Saturday, when one boat did catch 3, although my understanding is that they were all shorts. The other boats that were out Saturday didn't have a bite (again, to the best of my knowledge). We did mark a couple fish today and found some bait, but it seems that there isn't enough bait holding right now to bring a lot of fish in...Water temps were 58-64. We'll be fishing every couple days from here on ought, when the weather allows, and will keep everyone posted.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully the bite will turn around in a week or so.

I'm in slip C-56 at the Basin. Maybe we'll cross paths sometime this season. My next trip down will be Dec. 15th.
