Well, not much good to report, unfortunately.

Fished my first day out of MHC. Started at the trawler buoy before first light. Worked from there to the little 10 to the big 10 to the knuckle buoy. Had some bait and dolphins (mammal type) at the knuckle. Not a whole lot of life elsewhere.

Had some marks at the trawler and at the knuckle that might have been construed as bluefins, but no definite proof. Water was in the upper 50's. Only saw one bluefin brought home around a 100 pounder (saw it in a wheel barrow on its way to get cleaned).

Sorry that there isn't much better news, they just don't seem to be there in force yet.
