    MHC Overnighter 8/25/07

    Set lines out at dusk for an overnight sword trip. Started out in 250 fathoms and had a few shark bites. Around 1:00 AM the 80 wide goes off. Shortly there after the hook pulls. Leader was smoked, we had missed our shot. 3:00 we ran inshore to 150 fathoms and drifted up offshore of the Big Rock. Brought a 200# blue shark to the boat. Trolled the Rock for a couple of hours in the morning, picked up 1 wahoo , 1 king and a sail. Couldn't ask for a prettier night.
