Hey Guys,
I'd like to make plans for a trip to MHC again this Fall.
I've made the trip in the past to fly fish with guides down there and chase false albies with the fly rod.
This Fall I'd like to head down with a few friends and trailer the boat this time. I'd like to do some trolling, LTJ and fly fishing. Maybe spend the week camping on the island. Is it Harker's? I don't remember. We took a ferry to it last year for some shore fishing.
Anyway, I've never taken a boat down there or tried to do it on my own so any input would be appreciated.
I don't care what species we target. I'd just like to gt in to something and have a good time in "camping weather", otherwise we would plan to stay at a hotel with a marina.
Any advice as to localle and time of year?
