nice fish!![]()
Great report and it has me thinking a bit. Does most of the fleet down there sell their fish? Does anyone keep them for themselves? I know that is a whole lot of fresh sushi to deal with but I am just curious. Also, I see that everyone is coring them. What is the reason for this? Too much heat being generated by the large fish and you need to get ice in the gut to preserve the meat???
Sorry these questions may be dumb but the giant tuna thing is new to me. I only get a shot at the school/mediums up here in NJ when they roll though. Keep the reports coming fellas. It kinda helps me get scratch the offshore itch I have while I freeze my balls off up here trolling for Stripers.
