    John my best results are trolling over & around big wrecks for the last two seasons only problem is that the makos are only around 90-125 in weight
    and have gotton a doz or so I'll keep trying thou best of luck let me know how you do and I will do the same

    Wow Brian that is still great even though the fish are small, you have done this a lot more then me. I didn't know many people from our inlet were actually doing it. I would definitely appreciate it if you kept me apprised of your progress and I will do the same.

    hey guys...i just geared up for shark trolling as well. I was sidelined from the tourny b/c boat problems but will be out there this week. I did have a question for you trolling guys, do you use a downrigger as well, or keep it on the surface?

    Hi Josh I use an old salty 26oz planer to get down deep on one rod and use
    36oz buzz bomb rigged tandon style and a crome head w/wings and baits sewn
    to swim right
