SO now you have inverted this section of line over itself, forming a locking hitch with the two lines sliding on each other, pulling tight. Take a bow. Have a cookie.

Last part's so simple, even you could do it. Take the needle, push it into the standing end toward the mono and push about 1.5' on the needle. Place tag end in latch, push needle through hollowcore, and this buries the tag end like Uma Thurman in Kill Bill Vol. 2. This doesnt make a lock however.

Now If I havent made you go 'Whoa' yet like Keanu Reeves in The Matrix, this will. For advanced students only so the rest of you may want to go use the bathroom. If you want to add a SECOND lock just thread the needle into the tag end instead of the standing end and push it out the end of the hollowcore, thread the whole contraption in very slowly and invert the rest of the tag end over the standing end of the hollowcore. Of course you now have to glue or whip it keep it from becoming unraveled but hey, the price of fame.

There you have it, one crazy wind-on. From a crazy person, who by no means should be spending as much time on the water as I do. Saltwater makes you go crazy you know. HahahaHAHAHAHAHAH

The first time I showed it to a guy he asked, 'well, what do you call it?'

LOL, thanks Cod, that was entertaining and convinced me to just stick to buying ready made wind-ons until I grow up to be a real fisherman.
