Hey guys I have a good personal friend of mine who is going to be in camden maine at the beginning of september. He really would like to go on a charter fishing for tuna. I was wondering what the fishing was like that time of year and if anybody had any boat reccomendations. If the inshore fishing is better that time of year he would love to do that. whatever is productive.
September is the best month up here in the Gulf of Maine- tuna are moving south all fat from their summer feeding grounds in Canada, and the fishing can be awesome. I'm south of that, so I don't know what else there is inshore up in Camden, but if you don't get any responses here, try asking the question in the New England Forum, or give site member Old Mud a PM as he's a lot closer to those parts and should be able to hook your buddy up.
