    MA 500 Report-4/4 Whites

We decided to give it try on Monday and it ended up being a nice day. By 10:30am the wind deminished and the sun even came out. Our spread consisted of two Offshore Innovation dredges, Canyon Runner teaser bars, 6 dinks and one big bait. We ended up releasing 4 whites between 10:30am and 2:45pm. Fun first day. It was great hanging out with everyone last night!

To be a little bit more specific - half of the Canyon Runner Crew (Adam LaRosa, Brad Burgess, Billy Rowan and John Timken) are fishing on owner Ken Avon's Due Course. We were on the Due Course Monday when we went 4 for 4. The 48' Canyon Runner is fishing the tournament also with Capt. Phil Dulanie, Capt. Mark DeCabia and Mike Zajac with a charter. They are fishing Wednesday thru Friday like almost everyone else.

We were very very lucky on Monday not only to have the sea conditions barely fishable for whites but to actually go 4 for 4. If we do half as well the rest of the tournament we would be happy. Of course like Wahoobox said above just getting one big one is all we need now.

By the way Marty - very nice meeting you the other night. Hope to see you again Friday night!!!
