Very cool, looks awesome. I spent a week at Tropic Star and was amazed at all the life in the ocean. Where is Los Buzos?

Anthony:
Los Buzos is east of Coiba Island and west of Tropic Star so that puts them right in some prime (and mostly virgin) marlin territory.
Here's the map from their website, losbuzos.net:
Morris is a pretty good friend of mine and he really spent the time researching this place before working on the development. He said they normally only fish for three or four hours and manage to hook a marlin almost every trip so I can't imagine how productive the fishery could be if you really spent some time there figuring out the bait patterns, structure, currents, etc.
OK - you guys are not going to believe this one.
We had a half day charter yesterday. They were definitely not hard core and they said they wanted some fish to eat so we took them out trolling for some of the school yellowfin.
Twice while we were culling thru Bonito's for yellowfin we had Blacks crashing baits in the schools we were fishing. Both times the captain asked if they would like to catch a marlin and they replied no - the schoolie tuna were fine.
Whats up with this.

Right now we are up and running with our surfing - including lessons with our in house instructor (former surfer from North Shore of Hawaii and other locations). We also have a large variety of Horseback tours from beginner beach rides all the way to adrenaline pumping mountain summits.
We have a mini zoo at our adjacent ranch for the kids with monkeys, parrots etc.
We also have kayaks and snorkelling in the bay.
Plenty of R&R type activities for the wives (unless they are like mine and won't stay out of the boat) - I am looking for a good massage therapist (sorry guys I'm talking about an ACTUAL massage therapist).
We are also talking to some different independent operators to operate scuba, light tackle and fly fishing operations, and backpacking into the nearby Cerro Hoya Park.
we have all of the equipment to add these last things but I don't want to start them until I have qualified independent contractors to operate them.
Come see us and bring your family.
Morris,
i am JOSE VALDEZ from Guatemala, Sam Combs captain on the TEASER, how is the bay now ? Pimpli still working in los buzos? say hello to everyody and to Juan and La Negra.
