Looking for charters in Carolina

The wife and I will be in Kitty Hawk from the 5th to the 11th of May. I am looking for a trip for one day. Maybe for kings or cobes if they are around. I'd like to keep it as econimical as possible. If anyone has a suggestion or reccomendation, let me know. Thanks.

Hi,

Put your car on the ferry by Kitty Hawk, and go out to the
Hatteras Islands, or Nags Head.
Hell take a charter out of Oregon Inlet Fishing Center.
Your wife will love the islands, and you'll love the fishing.
If you havn't been to the Outerbanks, you dont know what
you're both missing.
Great R&R

All run out of OI and have many inshore charters as well. That first link would be one of the most "economical" ways to do it as he runs a 21' parker that would be perfect for two.

Devin on the Poacher out of Oregon Inlet. None better! He and Cato are the best inshore Captains down there imo. www.poachersportfishing.com
I fish with him every year!

Fish On,

Don't forget the boat with the new world record at 80lb line class and NC State record 116 lb Cobia last year and a SFC member... Capt. Troy Crane out of Pirates Cove.

I might add that May is a little early for cobias. The water needs to be about 70 degrees... for what you'll pay for two people for a half day, you might want to get on a make up all day for tunas... it shouldn't be too much more.
