Little Debbie Day Troll to the Wilmington

Well it was Capt Phils turn to keep the Little Debbie on a roll and he did well with 7 tuner in the box up to 53lbs which was a Longfin. Here is the report.

I had MIke Shaeffer (Doormat) out today for a Canyon Troll trip,
We left at 3:30 and ran to the 30 line and dropped the riggers, the water waws about 81 degrees and alittle green, just beyond the 30 Fathom lump we picked our first 2 YFT: A double header
Here is Doormat:
We had another hook up but it got tangled in a spreader bar and spit the hook, SHortly after that we continued our troll and just over the 40 line we got another YFT.
The fish were biting heading east, and into the swell so we continued for the Wilmington.

Approaching the Wilmgton we got jumped by 3 LFT catching 2 of them, then we continued to pick another YFT and MIkes Boss Chuck got a 52# LFT:
the talk out there was that there were many missed opportunities due to short bites, we had 6 baits come back short bit, so the fish are around.

FInally Tally 7 for 9 and raised a white
4 YFT, 3 LFT

Back at the dock:

We are averaging over 6 Tuna a trip, so book now while the killing is good
