Liquid Gold Charters Introduction and Fishing Report

Hi everyone, I know I just jumped in and started posting reports but I wanted to take a second to introduce myself and my business based in Miami, FL. Many may remember me from posting as Canyon Runner when I was working for the Canyon Runner out of Pt. Pleasant, NJ either as a Captain or mate. I now have my own boat and business here in Miami and specialize in Sail and Swordfishing and will also be based in the Bahamas this summer. My boat is a 2001 35' cabo express in pristine condition especially when compared to many charter boats here in Soth Florida!

Fishing the last two weeks has been tough, but we have been putting in our long days and its been paying off for sailfishing trips where we have been catching anywhere from 1 to 6 in a day with Mahi/kings and the occasional mutton or grouper mixed in. We were consistently producing a good sword bite but as this moon filled up the bite has slowed and the fish have decreased in size. We have high expectations for the remainer of this week as a strong cold front is in the process of pushing though wich is going to bringing sailfish and swordfish down form the north!
