I don't know, but I have asked numerous fishermen and others familiar with the waters near Big Rock, but noone has an answer. Hopefully someone here knows!

without seeing the actuall chart it is anyone's guess. their are u/w cables ,pipelines and such up and down the coast most are marked on normal charts
