Light Tackle Offshore

I was looking to try some light tackle offshore fishing this weekend and was looking for a little help. At this point in time I will probably head towards the East Lump or SI Ridge, throw some butters over and hope for the best. I am not even concerned on the species of fish, just want to have fun on the lighter tackle. Bluefish, Dolphin, Tuna, its all fun on light tackle. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Dave
