Its that time again folks. Guatemala is starting to heat up and its time to head south. Yesterday a boat raised 21 catching a 3 out of 8 bites ON THE FLY. Thats a great day, no doubt the would have smacked them on conventional tackle.

We are heading down on either November 11-15 fishing 3 day. Or Dec 2-6 Fishing 3 days. A last option is to head down November 17-22 and fish the Presidential Challange of Guatemala. This would be a 1 practice day of fishing and 3 tournament days of fishing.

As always Jody has put togethers a great package for Sf.com memebers. It is truly a great price that offers all-inclusive Accomodations Buena Vista SportFishing Lodge all fishing, license, tackle, boat, meals and airport transfer.

The tournament package will be higher because of the extra day of fishing, tournament entry fee and added preparation needed.

Got two for the Nov 11th date. Lets go fishing. Just got word from Jose on the Teaser. two days ago a boat raised 21 getting 8 bites and 3 releases on the fly. INTENSITY
Raised 24 sails, had 16 bites and release 7 sailsfish on bait
1 marlin, lbroke the line, 350 lbs

Buena Vista is a great place to say the least, with phenomenal drinks and incredible food and Bill is more less Guatemalan from all the time he spends down there...you'll be in very good hands and you'll definitely see some fish.

I'd kill to get back to BV lodge.

If I had the money I would be all over it. been there twice and plan to go back more. Just not in the cards right now.
