    I have the Canon 28-135 IS. Great all around lens. IS is important to have on a rocking boat.

    I use Canon L lenses here is a picture taken with my 100-400. Just remember it's not only the lens it's a culmination of camera,lens,settings, software...oh yea the important one, being in the right spot at the right time!
