I have done a lot of thinking about this and it seems to be the only answer. What else will change the way the government is doing things now? Look what groups like the NRA have done for their membership. Wither you agree with them or not, it's hard to knock the job they have done getting what they want. That's the kind of representation American fisherman need! I'm willing to help in anyway possible, just don't know where to begin.
