Bonds

Parental bonds you say. Get between a Grizzly sow and her cub then you will see a bond.
All I'll say is kill if you will but as has been expressed here several times, drop em, don't drag them.
Kind of reminds me of those sick bastards out in Texas a few years back with a pickup truck and some chain. Oh, that's another story.
At least the Japs didn't take pictures of them with their clothes off and make them pose as a Dolphin pyramid like we did to those "poor bastard" in Iraq.

I'll say it again. We, the privileged few on God's earth live in a freakin dream world.
10,000 children a day, yep, a day die around the world from starvation and preventable disease. How's that for a freakin number?

A freakin dream world..........

What I was saying is that I'm not about savagery when it comes to killing a warm blooded animal capable of some thought. Yes I kill em and eat em. Thats what carnivores do. But I do not let them suffer if I can help it.

Mentioned above is the word soul which does describe dolphins and whales and I couldn't bring myself to harm one ever... A repulsive practice to say the least. I also saw above bears mentioned... Yes Iwould have to agree that they too fall in that category. Or most carnivorous mamals. I don't eat cat, dog, bears, wolves, birds of prey, or any other mammals that eat meat...

the meat has a high level of mercury, cadmium, and ddt's. i say that i hope everyone of them that supports the inhumane killing (the way they kill them is not right at all, put the damn animal out of its misery) of the dolphins by eating the meat gets some kind of gutrot diease from the chemicals found in them. it would be different if there wasa quota or an allotment of the animals to be killed, and it was done in a humane way, but what this video shows is senseless.

Your lab would be lucky if it were shot. The chinese prefered method to prepare dog is to string it up and slowly beat it to death, or, 'tenderize' it while alive. This is no Sheit. This year was 'year of the dog', so they were strung like piniatas on Cinco De Mayo in every market in China . They believe that beating it slowly while the blood is still pumping adds flavour. I have seen this video before and everytime I see it , I get nightmares

I think its terribile that the Japanese Gov't is killing these mammals even though there are regulations protecting them.

WOW! I hated seeing how they were killed BUT I also hate seeing how they hunt and KILL.
Have you ever seen them chase a school of Red Drum or Mullet and run them up in a foot of water and have there way with them...throwing up in the air, swatting them like a baseball, seemingly hurting or killing them for the sake of the kill. I've seen them turn the water red from the slaughter of the school...fish crippled, swimming in circles from a bite that broke its tail. Ok I hope you get the picture I'm trying to paint of them.
YES. I hated seeing the senseless slaughter on the video with out a doubt, but the whole time I watched it all I could think of was the times I have seen what they can and will do to a school of fish. They are not the warm and fuzzy mammals that we are led to believe they are and if you think they are your mistaken!
