    Killer bluefin, yellowfin stainless sculpture

I don't know if any of you have ever heard of this guy, his name is Gary Caldwell and he is one of the best metal sculpture artists I've ever seen. As far as I know he works primarily with stainless steel. I have nothing to gain from posting a picture or showing his stuff, I just thought that most of you would appreciate the attention to detail that this guy gives to his fish scupltures. The picture below is of a 73" Bluefin, he does smaller stuff and to my knowledge this is the only "giant" he has done to date. His smaller stuff is incredible as well. I'm thinking of having him do a replica of my largest fish to date, which is a 109" giant, as he has told me that he can do anything. Those of you with pretty boats they would look killer in the salon. To my knowledge, for the work involved, he can construct them fairly quickly but don't hold me to that. If any of you are interested in having a piece made, again he does and will do just about any fish you would like, in any size but am not sure how much experience he has with other species, but contact me with any interest. I have seen an amazing sailfish, tarpon and marlin and will see if I can get some more pictures if anyone is interested.
PM or email me and I can hook you up with his contact info. From seeing the responses from all of you when a marine artist posts his work, it's obvious that most of you appreciate artistic talent especially when it comes. Through talking to him I am assuming that if we can get a buch of orders he'll give those interested a really good deal, but again don't hold me to it.

    How much?

I checked out the website--beautiful work (but no prices listed). I emailed him for a price on the yellowfin tuna.

If you want pricing let me know and I'll contact the artist. He's kind of a recluse and hard to get in touch with. Either PM me or shoot me an email.
