I fished with dave over the holidays. He put us on everything from tuna to grouper... he's killin the striper tourneys. Great fisherman...

Nice fish.. How come the one rod (not the spinning) looks like it has one guide on top and then the others turn around to the bottom?

thats is a acid wrapped rod.

it keeps the rod a little more stable when fighting a fish. takes the torque and twist out of the rod.
