J-Hook Rule change question

Hey I was just reading the rules for the Big Rock. Question for Deep C or someone. Could you still use the Islander Style lure with a Bullyhoo?? Not a deadbait. More or less it would be an artificial. Didn't read everything just wondering.

That would be correct. As long as it is not a DEAD bait or live for that matter. I'm sure that thought has crossed a few minds.

Have you all by chance seen the illander/circle hook rig in the latest SWS mag...pretty neat rig.
