Issue Numbers on the new MMC?

Just got my renewal in the mail and realized there is no indication on it of the issue number. I always thought that it was a decent way to see the potential experience of a license, but it looks as the have done away with it in the new "passport" style. Am I missing it?

On a good note the local REC and the NMC turned my renewal around in a record 12 days.

Nope, its gone. I just got my second mates. I only took 10 days, thank god.

And which REC did you send it to? i got to renew mine and i am looking at over a month with NY i am sure.

Thats just not fair... I'll be going issue number 8 next trip and it just disappears. Little milestones mean a lot... And yes that should be a consideration for potential employers to see whether or not their applicant has been around a while or if they're somebody who just took a course and was handed a license recently...

When I first upped, it was such that at issue five you were supposed to be grandfathered in. It was free and we had public health... things change...

I mailed it into the Baltimore REC Certified mail stamped on the 8th and in my hands on the 20th. Figure they got it the 9th did their review, passed it to WV, they did their review, and it left WV via mail on the 19th. Couldn't ask for better service IMO!
