Hey Koby,
I've been sitting here looking out at the slush/snow and it was a downright dreary day until I came across this. Thanks for putting it together.
That week was one of the best of my life. I had the chance to fish with a great group of guys on one of the smallest, but one of the finest, boats in the tournament. We ran three days straight in some heavy weather. I'll never forget landing the first 524#'r. It was an emotional ride home between the excitement of the catch and my respect for these fish. When the 536# fish came into the spread on Friday it was just too good to be true. She smacked several lines, for what felt like days, before finally taking one. She dumped a ton of line and came up greyhounding on the horizon. I couldn't believe how far off she was. That battle lasted hours before we were finally able to land her. It was a great run home that day, family, friends and of course Sportfishermen.com waiting at the scales when we got there. Everyone was really supportive, it was an awsome feeling and a memory I'll never let go of.
Thanks again Koby
