Islamorada/Marathon recommendations

Lookin for place to get away to fish in April with the wife, I can fish as much as i want as long as she has a nice hotel/resort to hangout in while I am out in the boat. Doesnt have to be 5 star but cant be 2 star either .

Cheeca lodge, is it worth the dough ??

Cheeca Lodge is a nice place I have taken many customers from there fishing and have not heard any bad reports...

Hawks Cay on Duck Key was just completely renovated. Nice spot. Check prices on kayak.com.

Back country gets better as it warms up, sails not as good but dolphin better, reef always good!

I am headed down Late Feb or Early March...

A friend reported a large fire at the Cheeca Lodge last night. Don't know the extent of damage. He is at Carribean Resort which is truly awsome and quiet, nice pool.
