I caught a sail over 100 lbs in Florida myself. Having caught quite a few of them (but not as many as the Deep man) & put them on the scale too, I know a 100+ lbs sail when I see it. they're mixed in there. not many of them, though. caught a few in the 80-99 lbs range too...a few.
