I am taking my lovely wife to Barbados for 2 weeks after Christmas as a Honeymoon and 1 year anniversary trip. We really want to fish a day or two, and I was curious as to if anyone has any info, stories, recomendations, etc....

been there 3 times but only to surf..... but i would guess the fleet is out of bridgetown unless they have sum new kinda marina around south point. good luck!!!

Fished one day offshore few years back ,bad experience,boat was sub -par ,would not pre-book because things sometimes look better on the net incluing switching boats ,
locals were very nice for the most part and the beaches were excellent
I would check them out once you get there ,then book a trip

Took the wife there for our honeymoon a year and a half ago. The boats looked like they were in bad shape. I talked to a capt. about the fishing he said it was unbelievable. I said what you catchin? He said about 25-30 dolphin a day. It looked rough every day I was there. If you are looking for anything else to do PM me and I can tell you about some cool beaches, etc...
