IGFA - Spreader Bars

Can someone tell me how to rig a spreader bar to make it IGFA legal?

I was told by the Conservation Director of IGFA that if I simply armed the last bait of a spreader bar, it would not be in compliance with IGFA rules.

The rule states that as long as the actual fishing line (not double line or leader) is attached to a snap or release device, spreader bars are permissible.

You have to run the hook bait on a seperate rod and attach it to the spreader bar with a release clip.
