I NEED HELP!! a SWEET/SLICK float for a Boga Grip?

hey guys - i just sucked it up and bought a boga grip and since they are RIDICULOUSLY expensive everyone attaches a float so they cant lose em overboard. The float i attached looks like ... well, i can only thin of expletives. it looks really bad AND gets in the way. Thats due a little to how i attached it, but mainly its the kind of float it is.

Here is my reason for writing this thread. I have seen in pictures really slick floats for boga grips and i was wondering if anyone knows where i could get one. Whether its a store bought one or home made, ill take any ideas!

    Thanks a ton!!

We used to fill gaffs with expanding foam such as good stuff to make them float. Never tried with a Boga

You are in St Pete so this should be easy for you.

Tampa Fishing Outfitters at 3915 W Osborne, Tampa has the smooth tan net floats that will float a boga.

yea, the smooth net float is what im going to go with for now. the Riley rod ones are definitely the way to go but they are carbon fiber.... so a $3 float or....

yeah, I tied a knot on the end with a stainless washer and a knot and stainless washer on the other end to keep it from sliding. Works great!

Good Luck! Now go weigh something with it!
