Blue or green?? will be using for tuna chunking. Will have the 4ft model. I am getting ready to purchase two of these and I was curious which ones work better. I was going to wait till summer to buy, but found a heck of a deal on them!!! Thanks in advance for the opinions

I have had better nights with green. If you contact Hydro Glow direct. They will make one with longer cords.

Green for tuna, blue for swords from what I've seen. I like the sword lights better, they can get down deeper instead of floating on top, you will attract more fish if you can put it down 15ft, rather then at the surface. I think the price is the same.

I like both Lights ... But if u get hydro glow get Two if your on a center concel hand one off the bowl and on off the stern when your drifting it really lights up . and if your on a big boat two works just as good. My Favorate color is Purple Hydro glow dosent make that color Swordfish lights does.

On an overnight last season, we had our green out next to a boat that had blue LED Oceans, we didn't do squat until he called us over to enjoy his blue lights. Soon as we stopped 10' from his transom, instant hook up with decent YFT's.

I've owned three green HG for four seasons now and have had some banner nights fishing with two of them in the water and spreader lights off. That being said I had a trip last year on a buddies boat with the OceanLED blue lights and we held the largest bait ball of tinkers i've ever seen in the hudson for about half an hour while we watched 75lb yellowfin speed through them eating at will. If I were starting from scratch I'd buy one of each to have options.
