How to spend my spring break?

With air fare so cheap right now, wheres the cheapest place for a broke college kid to go fishing in March? Going to school in the mountains of Virginia has me chomping at the bit to be back offshore. Haven't been fishing since sept. I have found flights as low as 350 round trip to Costa Rica. The east coast is still on my list, but I would love to be fishing on the west coast. Any information wound be great.
    Thanks
    Chris
Heres a pic of my last white out of rudee in sept. Gotta love Blue and white islanders.

not including flight and tip. 800-1000. I want to fish two or three days and surf/relax the rest of my stay. Not worried about where I sleep, a shack will do.

Los Suenos seems like the place to go. My friend and I will be traveling, he doesn't fish just surf. Are your charters usually full? It would just be me fishing, hoping just to get a board a boat thats not full and fish a couple days. Do you have any information about where to stay..Cheap (college kid)
    thanks
    Chris

Take Dave's advice, he has many options I'm sure. We fished with him July '07, really good guy.
