A recipe an old timer gave me if you want to save some money. A family pack of chicken cut up in strips to your liking, kosher salt, wesson oil and a large container of crushed liquid garlic. Mix it up in a large container and let it sit in the frige for 2 days mixing it occasionally. Divide it up in containers and freeze it. You can take it out, use it and refreeze it. Its worked well for me, even for flounder.
