A friend of mine is going to morehead to fish, looking for charter, but couldn't get in touch with Hooligan, is he still in the business????

I thought he had moved up north for the Summer.
Try Extreme Measures Charters (Run-Off) or Freebird2 (Second to None Charters) - Both are regulars here.

Hooligan sportfishing.
He did move the big boat north for the summer with the intentions to fish yellowfin but as you all know havent been abound.Thus causing the boat to become A dock ornament.The 32JB is currently being run by Barry in morehead.Sal was out of the country for awhile so if he tried to contact him at that time that would be why.I will call him myself and see what is up.

I second Ken, for off shore you can not beat Shane on Second to None/Fight'n Lady. For bottom fishing, live baiting kings ect. you will not find better than Swell Rider. Do a search and look at the reports they speak for themselves.

Yes we are still at it. I was out of the country for a short while. Maybe you called then. The 43 is up north and as we all know, there has been no Canyon season this year, first time in over ten years, so the move up north was a bust! But who would have thought that the Canyon season would have turned so bad. That is why they call it fishing. The 32 is in Atlantic Beach and available. The 43 will be heading south next week. As far as the other boats mentioned here they are all very fine fishermen and charter operations. Mike thanks for jumping in here!
