    Thumbs up HOOLIGAN CANYON OVERNIGHTERS 7/21 & 7/23 W/PIC SHOW!!

    GUYS IT WAS MAYHEM ON 7/21 AN ALL OUT MADDOG BITE BETWEEN 330AM AND 500AM......NOT ENOUGH BODIES ON THE BOAT TO KEEP UP WITH BLITZ!!! CHUNKING, JIGGING EVERYTHING WORKED.....THE DAY TROLL PRODUCED A FEW MORE TUNA WITH OUR BIGGEST YELLOWFIN @ 90# ALSO A FEW NICE MAHI TO 25#....ON 7/23 WE GOT A REAL LATE START AND DIDN'T START CHUNKING TILL 300AM BUT NO LOVE ON 7/23 @ NIGHT....ON THE TROLL WE PICKED AWAY AT SOME YELLOWS GOING 4 FOR 4 BUT THE REAL SHOW WAS THE 500 PLUS BLUE MARLIN THAT CAME ALONG AND ATE THE ROD AND BAIT INTENDED FOR THE WHITE......IT WAS A 20 SPOOLED WITH 40# TEST .......THE CREW DID EVERYTHING ABSOLUTELY POSSIBLE TO BRING HIM BOAT SIDE.....THE BEAUTY OF A BEAST, GREY HOUNDED IN EVERY DIRECTION WE SAW AT LEAST 10 JUMPS....BUT WE WERE SO BUSY TRYING TO LAND HIM THAT THE ONLY PICS WERE ON ONE OF THE CHARTER CUSTOMERS DISPOSABLES.... WE ARE KEEPING OUR FINGERS CROSSED!!!!! HERE IS A PIC CLIP FROM 7/21

    I had a friend that was out the other night and mugged em up on the overnignt too.

    I hope they stay around for awhile as I'm not going to be able to go tuna fishing for a couple of weeks unless we do an overnighter on the way back north from the Beach Haven Tourny next weekend.
