Hook A Hoo Rodeo fishing report

What a nice way to start the fishing season and break in the new 32 yellowfin by winning the tournament with a 87 lb HOO we fished April 5th lines in at 8:00 first hour and a half nothin heard of boats catchin wahoos and mahis left us wondering what we were doin wrong. About 9:30 the action begin by losing a hoo then missing a monster hoo that was burnin a tiagra 30 before the hook fell out we finally got one in the boat 20lbs then we had a triple header got all three. At 11:30 the big boy hit a split bill on the flat line and burnt it down fought the fish maybe 15 min didnt realize it was going to be that big until it was gaffed and put in the boat. After high fives and hollaring it was 55mph all the way to the scales. So at the end of the 5 for 10 on the wahoos an 87 pounder a nice trophy and a real nice check. I want thank Ace Parker and Jeff Martini for putting on a great tournament Lee Frick Hooyah Fishing Team
