Hopefully he is just pissed for now and will come back. Anyway, I had a question about the wahoo lures. What method do you use as far as measuring how much hair you put on each lure? What method of tying? I'm just wondering because I have been tying up my own and they look alright but no matter how tight I wrap the floss when I'm done I can still rotate the head. In other words, if you grab the lure head and the hair and try and keep the hair in one place and rotate the head it spins. True Ilanders don't do this but I think they use some type of glue on whatever they use to tie the hair to the head.

Mako,
I don't know how others do it, but I suggest that you apply some Super Glue. The 10 second kind might be best because it allows you some more time to be sure that you get things right. Not much is required and of course you have to be careful to only put where it's needed, not use too much (it's powerful stuff), and give it time to dry before any hair or whatever touches it. Pretty sure this will work. Worth a try, anyway. Hope it helps.

Frankly I don't get it... I have watched several 10-15 minute "infomercials" talking about how potential advertisers are missing the bus by not taking advantage of the tremendous drive this site to offer. Hell, if I had something to advertise this site would be on the short list to get er done... I would think that me adding 13,500 comments along the way that I'm pretty loyal to the family we call SFC.
I see a gifted new company come here and join in in a positive way. He takes the bait and is all about signing up for one of very few holy grail big banner ad's. He goes to the expense of developing a business, a fine site, and other things to take advantage of all that he can get from a working relationship with the principals of this same site. Next I see a childish and jealous response from a single member with an axe to grind. Vile, uncalled for dribble that shows disrespect to the others on this site by disrupting the readability of threads on this site. I see the advertiser take offense rightfully so... Then instead of correcting or admonishing the out of line member for libelous remarks, I see the one who should be doing that instead turn around and show contempt for the one who's willing to put out a substantial payment for services here... For the life of me I can't understand it... Not one but two disrespectful stabs at that individual? In all my travels I have never seen "professionalism" like that??? I always thought the customer comes first... I guess I'm wrong... I've heard "I was only joking" in too many situations... I fail to see the humor here...
