This thing is painfully slow. Had to subscribe to service here. $80 for the stay... Will try to get shots up in a day or two... We fished just after my last post. Came out of the gate picking jumbo mahi and it was hard to find a place they weren't.
In the midst of waves of green death here came the billfish. We proceeded to whiff three unitentified ones before godzilla came calling. She loaded up and smashed the rigger tear drop twice. I'd hate to guess her weight but lets jus say she was a PIG!!! She stayed heated but just wouldn't eat and eventually she just slid back into the pocket. We continued to hammer 30lb class dolphin keeping our limit of six and letting go two dozen more...Just before lines out we whiffed yet another white...
What was happening was that the mahi were so fierce that we got lulled into thinking each bite was one. Acxtually tried to keep baits away then get the oops when we see a bill attached... Oh well we'll get to the other side of the pocket and hopefully keep away from more green death tomorrow...

Glad to hear you made it alright Deep! This year in Eleuthera the green menace was in full effect. All 30# plus fish. They were the only things the sharks wouldn't eat. I hope you get into a better rhythm with the bills and beat your record this year. Sounds like the fish are there just have to get passed the hordes of green.
