These wackos are out of control. Personally, if i'm on any boat i work on and hear/feel underwater welding or drill work going on underneath the boat, i'm going with the fire up the engines and bump them into gear. I think a nice pair of 24 square nibral 4 bladers at ~1500 rpm will definitely deal with any annoying noises down there. Plus i'm not seeing any dive flags i'm sorry the terrorist don't follow commonly accepted means of identifying divers are in the water.

Well Ms. Berlin, my opinion is that the propaganda that you are spreading and claim is not even true based upon the disclaimer directly quoted above, but if it were, would be a form of terrorism. In fact, it's ecoterrorism, similar to practices engauged by groups such as Greenpeace. In this day and age, terrorism is obviously taken much more seriously than it was ten years ago, whether it's over Religion or Animals.

Would it be a bad idea to begin reporting suspicious boat problems to the authorities with this web site and it's claims in mind? Someone's lower unit took a dump - was the oil drained? (I know, I'm reaching here - but I'm getting pissed)
