We left the inlet this morning and headed east looking for bait. About a half mile down Oak Island, the bait was thick in about 12 ft. of water. One throw, and we were loaded up. Headed to Yaupon Reef. Ended up with one king mackerel, one spanish, and a bunch of sharks. Also had 3 or 4 short strikes. I have another half day in the morning. I believe I'm going to Christina's Ledge or the 390/390. I let everyone know what happens. It look like we're heading to the bluewater on wednesday and thursday. I just hope the forecast holds. Winds less than 15 knts. all week.
