    Which high end cooler?

Looking for recommendation for a good cooler to replace a standard igloo. Want a 120qt or so cooler that will hold ice for more than two days.

Saw an Engel that looked well built, not ridiculously heavy and decent looking as will live in the cockpit. How about other brands? Thanks

i got a yeti, and it works great, but i know this sounds nuts, but i got a coleman extreme marine from kmart and it keeps ice just as long.

The ICY-Teks look nice, but I haven't tried them.

I have a 320 qt SSI cooler that has spent 7 of the last 10 years acting as a surrogate dock box. It still seals well and will hold ice for a good week. The color hasn't faded. It is just too big and heavy to move around - They do make a 180 qt model.

Igloo makes a 120 qt 7 day cooler that is actually very good and about 1/3 the price of the high end coolers - I use one reqularly - it will easily keep ice for at least 5 days.

Engel coolers are by far the best insulated ice boxes I've ever used. I have a bunch of assorted boxes including Eva-cool, Icey tek and yeti along with some home made glass fishboxes and my Engel is the best.

    Check with Alltackle

I have a couple of Yeti Coolers - both the plastic and fiberglass models. They hold ice very well and i really like the construction/apperance.

Icey-Tek is now the Yeti Roughneck series. Check with the guys at Alltackle - they carry Yeti, Engle and others. Plus they just picked up the Frigid Rigid line of high end iceboxes and freezers. Good stuff!
