    Help with a bet

Had a conversation with a friend, that at this point shall remain nameless, concerning another very popular thread on this board.

Conversation drifted to foot wear. I informed him that I do indeed find his croc foot wear to be heterosexually challenged

His response was that my all time favorite white boots (eastern shore reeboks, so to speak), which I wear on a damn near daily basis while offshore, left me no room to talk.

So we have now decided to have a bet where the loser must wear the winners foot wear of choice... white boots or crocs for a week long period.

We just need to come up with the bet. He is busy running a local fishing paper (which shall also remain nameless) and I am either fishing or surveying, so the bet should be unrelated to paper running, surveying, or fishing.

    Let the suggestions fly.

My 6 yr. old son had to have a pair of crocs. Navy blue. I absolutely refused to buy em', but my wife caved to the pressure. To this day we have only seen the same shoes on girls.......and he hates when I point that out.....nuff said!!!!

Folks, the question wasn't about which one is better, or what they are used for.

I need help with coming up with a new wager or competition idea. Get creative. Have fun.

    Franky,
If it wasn't during prime season, I would suggest the classic "canoe races" at BJ's North. Always a good competition. Or, if you would like, I have 2 sit on top kayaks, you can start at the entrance to your marina and whoever crosses the bow of your boat first wins. That way you could have a good audience as witnesses.

First off i gotta say the crocs are gay, but each day a few more junp the fence and wear em, i on the other hand will not, even though my wife tells me each day how much my feet stink from the sperrys. everybody says they are great and i'm sure they are, but i can not, will not bring myself to wear em, of course i'd love to see you in a pair franky.

ok so thinking i know both the people here the only fair way to do it is this

one day of rock fishing with one rod and six spot per angler, on the same boat, then one day off shore with 12 ballyhoo and 3 or four rods per person
, each having there own side of the boat. that would be pretty fair. what ever it is i hope you win, but would love to see the crocs if you didn't. i'll have to look for my camera
