Hawaii's Going Off/ Great Summer Start

Well i thought i would drop a fast line and say the fishing here is starting to to go off. Out of Ko Olina today their were 8 AHI's/Yellow Fin tuna caught ranging from 125 to over 256lbs. As for Kona they are having a great Marlin Bite over 88 Bill Fish caught in one week. Most of them being Blues and shortnose spear fish. Some 100 pound stripy coming in. Leaving in the Morning to try my luck.

88 billfish in a week is a good bite anywhere in the world and a testament to the quality of fishing out in Hawaii!

The Ahi's are on the 1000 from BO all the way to CO buoy. That seems to be the early morning bite. Toward the late afternoon they have been on the 500.
